When this works, it works great. However I am now writing this review after I have now gone through 2 machines because the hose broke on both of them in the same place. The first one broke after 2 months. I went on to see if I could buy a replacement hose and they aren't available. I was in contact with Bissell customer service. They were very helpful and sent out a replacement machine which was great. Here we are 6 months later with the same problem. Like I said this machine is great when it's working and we do use it a fair amount with 2 toddlers and a puppy but I wouldnt recommend this to anyone who would be using it regularly. I have attached pictures of both broken hoses.
