I've been drinking Twinings of London Lady Grey Tea religiously for as long as I can remember. I just bought 18 boxes. The first surprise was that the box has changed. I don't particularly care for the new one but it's no big deal. The next change, however, IS a very big deal: Twinings has reformulated the flavorings! Why, after all these years would they do such a thing...and with no warning? It's outrageous and extremely unfair to those of us who have been faithful customers for so long. No more. I will no longer buy Lady Grey Tea, or, for that matter, any other Twinings product. Any merchant which has such a cavalier attitude towards their customers doesn't deserve my business.
