Pros: -great looking product -theoretically great design -ergonomic Cons -weight sensor failure on arrival, which per the manual reports catastrophic failure in the device making it entirely unusable -Customer support: From US/English language perspective there is no possible way to have a conversation with their so called "support staff". Between my wife and I, we called 4-5 times and spent 15-20 minutes on the phone only to hang up due staff appearing to repeatedly read off a script that only involved Wifi. Each time I would inform them there was a failure in the weight sensor and that the manual says this is a "catastrophic failure requiring return to manufacture" the staff continued to ask "so wifi work". I would say "yes, wifi is working" followed by them saying "so wifi is not working, have you tried connecting wifi". All three different support staff we converted with said the exact same thing. They were unable to understand the sensor failure or the fact that my wifi was not the issue. Finally I simply have to request a full refund instead of a replacement. Reading further into reviews this appears to be a semi-common issue. When this happened to individuals outside of the 30 day return window they were stuck with a 600$ non-working cat box this is almost impossible to clean without the cleaning functions. Strongly recommend not buying this product due to lack of proper customer support in the US. This product is too expensive and advertised as premium product to not have adequate customer support or such malfunctioning products.
