The composite or whatever this is made of is terrible quality. I was in the middle of pressing a shirt and opened it and turned it and all the sudden the lever that lifts it up and down snapped and it fell down. The material it’s made of, composite metal or something just broke. I wasn’t even touching it. And I’ve only had it for TWO WEEKS. Seller said they’ll send me new parts to fix it myself and they’ll let me know when they get shipped. #1 I don’t have time for that #2 I’m not even sure fixing it is something I’m capable of #3 this never should of happened especially 2 weeks after receiving.
