Hate to be a joy killer, based on reviews I read before purchasing this product, but it does not work. I took as directed for over 8 days....even took an extra capsule the last 3 days for tendinitis in my elbow and had NO relief at all. I had to start taking Aleve again to get any pain relief. Cost a lot of money for something that does not do what it says it is going to do.
