The product itself is good, but apparently the entire batch being sold had a bent part that had to be replaced. Instead of replacing the part on the entire batch, they sell them on Amazon and wait until the customer gets them to deal with it. No reason to fix something thaat hasn't sold, right??? no! Bought as a gift, instead of my friend telling me it was junk he contacted the manufacturer. They said the people selling them on amazon know about the default but chose to sell anyways. Took my friend 2 months to get the replacement part. Unacceptable. I felt stupid finding out a month in that he hadn't been using it because it doesn't adjust up and down because of the part. Of course the chair is great once fixed, two months after purchased and having to deal directly with manufacturer. But the amazon seller or whoever is running the show on this listing has severely dropped the ball..
