Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I ordered it on Prime day and Amazon delivered it on the release day, which was amazing. However, when I was using Google Home app to set up this brand-new device, it shows that I need to CONTACT THE OWNER to MIGRATE the account. Please see the attached photo. There should be no previous owner if it is a brand-new device, right? I gave 2 stars because of the neat design...I could revise my review if I am proven to be wrong later.
