Be extremely careful with this probiotic -> after taking 1 pill a day for 3 days I developed extreme food allergies (delayed reaction type) which I've NEVER had before in my life, plus I have strep throat from it. And to top it all off, I ended up in the hospital 3x for chest and arm pains because my body became flooded with histamines ando i basically became hypersensitive to many allergens including mold. I'm still recovering from this poison. Try it at your own risk.
