Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

My husband purchased this hoping that it would live up to its reviews. I was so excited to get it a few months later for my birthday, and when I got it and pushed the button to open it. No matter what I did, the umbrella wouldn't open, and wouldn't stay open by trying to push it up with my hand not using the button. I contacted the company about it a month or so later because it was a birthday gift from my husband, and I knew the time has past to return it. I received an email letting me know that there wasn't anything I could do about it but purchase another one. I was so shocked that they weren't willing to give me a new one since I had never used it, and it was broken on opening. Even though most of the reviews are good, mine was crap, and their customer service sucked even more. I'd never recommend this umbrella because if something doesn't work when you get it, you're on your own.
