I'm sorry but no :(
Final: the NEW (lower) price, is better. The OG supporters got robbed here but I’m glad this price was humbled to match the card quality, though plenty of decks at this price point are higher quality. SO- If you really like the deck, but simply CANNOT with the card stock- I have found laminating them with very thin film exponentially enhances the handling! Not at all ideal for a deck you didn’t buy out the dollar bin but it is a solution. I did 4 cards at a time and rounded my corners after trimming. It does make the deck even thicker and clunky but the cards are more practical. 🙏🏾👍🏾
ETA 2: for the cheap card apologists claiming “it’s not Rachel’s fault the publisher used this quality paper” 🥴lmao excuse me WHAT?! Please do yourself a favor and GOOGLE practically ANY deck making company, EVERY aspect of the process is decided by YOU. No one is going to waste their resources GUESSING what you want a deck to look and feel like. How delusional to suggest otherwise. Instead of being shady about honest reviews from those who actually don’t want their hard earned money wasted, ask yourself why you are making excuses for cheap cards that weren’t cheap! Common sense should tell you, if you pick the least expensive card stock then you also know the reason it is so. She absolutely knew. Or did she sell us a deck she did not bother to review or use?! And videos don’t lie, please post your videos showing other decks that do this cause I promise you they don’t, there is nothing to exaggerate the deck lacks rigidity and structure cause the paper is CHEAP! Period 💁🏾♀️
I’m taking another star off for the attitude the reprint suggestion was met with, according to another reviewer who mentions Rachel’s thoughts on the complaint- no consideration or humility, just blame the publisher and shift focus to the book that came with it? Good bye👎🏾
ETA:
It’s just insulting to receive a deck like this from someone who has practiced tarot long enough to know exactly what makes a great/not so great deck. Decks should be made to last for years, if they start off this flimsy, will you just be re-purchasing every year? Avoid classic shuffles that a premium deck should be able to handle? I am speaking up because that is how things get improved (hopefully, cause I want this deck 🙏🏾), not to be negative, but I don’t see any value in glossing over cheap production. A guide/manual should not be higher quality than the PRODUCT it’s about. After all, you are buying a DECK *featuring* a book...not the other way around!

SO I’M JUST GONNA SAY IT...
I was so geeked to learn this deck was coming from Ms. True. Like stoked! I even ordered without much concern for what the cards would even *look* like.
My heart sank when I picked up the deck. I am gentle enough with my decks and always handle my cards respectfully, so I'm not the cardstock police by any means. However when I unwrapped one of the two sets that came in a box, I knew I was sending this back.
I haven't bothered looking all the way through the deck..I am honestly upset about the quality of the deck! This was nearly $30 and I have TONS of decks, most of which are not as costly or around the same but they have lasted years. Before I could even get to card 3 the cards were deformed. I haven't even SHUFFLED! Thin is an understatement as I have "thin" cards that surprisingly still handle well. These feel like cards that were made on your run of the mill card stock. The box is pretty basic and the book has no colored images. Please do not mistake me I DONT CARE ABOUT THOSE THINGS lol I am just used to decks coming in at least over-done boxes and color print at this price point and up. I am not understanding the costs since I am not seeing that quality in any aspect of the presentation.
The book however seems very well written and not skimpy on the details, how I like it! I really like the low vibe/high vibe aspect of the cards vs the standard upright/reversal meanings. I wanted to love this deck so much!
I will revisit this deck if they print a better edition but these cards are as thin as the price tags on clothing and not suitable for handling AT ALL. I am very surprised ( DISAPPOINTED) as I would expect the means and resources of a celebrity to be echoed in their product but I don't feel it was. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider a higher quality print!
