Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with this product. It looks great in the pictures, has great reviews, and I was excited to receive it, but when it came out of the box the first thing I saw was the little golden "Made in China" sticker. The quality is exactly the same as the preassembled wooden projects you can buy in a store like A.C. Moore or Michaels, except those cost around 8 or 9 USD. With this there is messy glue drippage, several drawers are too loose or otherwise ill-fitting for their cubbies, and the container is made of very inexpensive craft wood. The drawers do not slide easily; you have to brace the piece before you pull on a drawer as the entire thing is so lightweight (and the drawers fit so poorly) that the whole set moves with you. This is something one could easily DIY with a craft store assembled piece, a tiny bit of stain, and cheap "vintage" style hardware - all for less than half the price. The piece is what it is, but here's what it isn't: worth $40.
