Beware! Guarantee not as good as it sounds!
I bought these because of the guarantee, even though they were expensive. We lost them and tried to get a replacement through the guarantee. I was shocked to see that they wanted to charge me $16.00 for shipping! They only cost $19.99! Not much of a guarantee. Very disappointing.
