Do not use on wood floors- even with their product
The product malfunctioned and ruined my floors- I am still having issues with Bissell. The process to deal with the company has been painful and I ended up having to work with my insurance company. Not only did it leave a crack in one piece but it has left a white, film that looks like dust or mud all over my floors. The shine is completely gone.
