Purchased this refrigerator and after 30 days of use, the alert (door ajar, temperature, etc) stopped working. Called the company and "sorry, this is not covered" , "its an out of pocket expense", "all we can do is provide you with companies in your area to service". I'm shocked after 30 days that I would get this response from the company. I see from other reviews that Frigidaire is not backing their product. I understand that this market is highly competitive and consumers want the lowest price. Providing warranty and backing product dips into profits. I thought Frigidaire was a iconic brand. Now I know.
