The cap breaks easily
I got my bottle during the kickstarter campaign. The cap aka the "self cleaning and smart" portion of the smart cleaning bottle broke after a few days, showing a red light continuously. I tried to contact the seller via kickstarter and their customer service email. Never heard back! So now Im left with a "dumb" bottle that does not self clean. LOL.
