I cannot even begin to tell you how bad this product is. After two months of using a robotic vaccuum it died. That is terrible quality. I requested a refund. After 6 attempts of trying to get the refund, I was still unsuccessful. Asurion is not able to answer your question/request via chat and you have to wait 2 days to be told no. SO INEFFICIENT. I would not recommend Asurion to ANYONE.
