The color is beautiful and the dress fit perfectly. I was so excited because we had a Fiesta party coming up the very next day. But I made the mistake of not examining it more closely before I laundered it. I washed it in cold water and dried it on low, but it still needed a bit of a touch-up with the iron. As soon as I put it on the ironing board, I discovered that a piece of black cord had been woven into the material on about half way up the front (close to where the pocket is) -- a very visible spot. I found something else for the party and contacted the seller explaining what the problem was and asking if I could at least get a reduced price. I even sent a picture of the flaw to them showing the black cord --I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED A REPLY. So I finally decided I would try to remove the thread and use the dress around the house. As you can see in the picture, the result was just as I had expected: a hole was left where the cord had been woven in the material. I managed to patch the hole, but it still shows. Now I have a rather expensive housedress. If they had had the courtesy to at least answer my complaint, I wouldn't be so upset with them, but their lack of any response at all left me very disappointed. The dress would have been perfect and I would have loved it, but their poor customer service negated that. If it had not been black or in a less obvious spot (although black is pretty obvious any place on a bright orange dress), or if they had even had the courtesy to reply to me, I wouldn't have been so disappointed with my purchase.
