Fell apart on the first try
I used it once, on a trip to the Brooklyn Ikea via the subway and bus, and it just disintegrated.
## Folding and carrying
The cart always wants to open up. If you fold it down, it will pop right back open. The best way to carry it seems to be to remove the bag and put the cart inside the bag. It's very easy to carry this way; I could carry it though the subway and all around the Ikea and I almost forgot I had it.
## Unfolding
Since you have to put it in the bag to carry it, you now have to take it back out and re-assemble it, which is a hassle when you're on a checkout line.
## Transporting
I didn't even make it it to curb outside the store before the little velcro piece and much of the stitching in the strap holding the bag to the handle all broke off sending everything tumbling over. I fumbled for several minutes putting the bag back onto the cart with the remaining strap. I took it on 2 trains and a bus. It *just* fits through the width of a turnstile, though the handle is high so you have to push it under. All along the way the bag keeps shifting off of the cart. If you don't walk very carefully it will just fall off of the cart—there's nothing stopping it from moving laterally or from the contents shifting and sagging over the side of the trolly.
Overall this is a one-time use piece of junk. Probably better off with a traditional metal granny cart.
