I was very excited using these curlers for the first 2 times. Then on the third time, the product would not work. I called the customer service number and it is the company policy that the consumer must pay the shipping to return this product to the service center, where it will be checked out, and then a new set would be sent if necessary. Again, this was the THIRD use!
