The waterpik worked BUT after 6 months I decided to wash it thoroughly FLIPPIN GROSS there was mold growing between the blue water tank and white motor/pump/battery part. Then I disassembled the guts from the white section (this is not a user serviceable area but I did anyway) Flippin worse - it was all corroded, wet, rusty, nasty, full of debris. It was so bad internally even though it still pumped I threw the whole thing away. --- So I guess you are not supposed to get it wet. Waterpik should discontinue this product and find an new Engineer.
