We loved the chair until I flipped back completely. Even then since we loved the comfort of the chair we attempted to bring it back up to its normal sitting position. We have yet to figure it out. I did buy the extended warranty but if I return them they will be under the mfg warranty still. We purchased two of them. The final decision will be made when we return from vacation. So far I am not recommending the chairs. Update: we will return the chair. We can not get it to sit properly and know anyone else who sits in it will have the same results. We are not sure if this is a lemon or is more common than the manufacturer thinks. I purchased this brand since I usually can count on the Amazon branding. We purchased them solely for this trip so my daughter who has stage 4 cancer in her bones and I could sit comfortably on the deck of the vacation home we rented. Wrong!
