First issue: the bolt holding the left foot pedal unscrews after moderate use. The bolt itself is a different size than every other bolt on the machine so the included allen wrench doesn't fit it. But even screwing it in tightly with a wrench that fits doesn't help. That's just a moderate inconvenience, no big deal. Second: storing it upright causes the tank to leak. A slightly bigger inconvenience, but I can still live with that. Third and most pressing: the belt has too much slack on the return stroke, causing it to come loose from the pulley and wheel mechanism, which then causes it to tangle itself up and stops any and all use until fixed. The first time was about 3 months after purchase, and it is happening more and more frequently. All of these issues are incredibly disappointing for one of the more pricey rowing machines offered. I cannot possibly recommend this to anyone and I regret purchasing it myself.
