Terrible after sell service!
I purchased this cooktop on July 29, 2019 from Amazon.com and regularly used it as guided by the instruction manual, but it was not working around July 10, 2020, since it is still within 18 months warranty. I emailed them by the warranted contact method, and 35 days passed, and no response at all. Disappoint!
