Please - don't buy this printer. I'm an attorney and used this printer every day as my personal office printer for small, incidental jobs. It worked well - for three weeks. Then the fusing unit broke. I'm not a tech person but the printer doesn't work without the fusing unit and only Samsung can fix it. So I called 1-800-SAMSUNG. I spent an hour on the phone with a woman who remotely worked on my computer and printer then told me I needed to speak to Executive Relations. I was informed, before the transfer, Samsung would only repair, not replace, my printer and the turn-around time could be three weeks. This meant I could be printerless for three weeks! I was transferred to that department and placed on hold for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes Samsung disconnected me. I called back a few moments later and spoke to a very nice woman who assured me she understood my concerns and she would not transfer me to Executive Relations until there was a human on the other end. I was transferred to hold - again - where I stayed for 15 minutes before I hung up. Concurrent to these phone calls, I tweeted 5 messages to Samsung. A day later I received a voicemail stating they would only repair my printer, not send a replacement. So I called 1-800-SAMSUNG again and asked to speak to a supervisor. After asking, insistently, and after 8 minutes, I was put through to "Lee." Lee told me they could only repair the printer and send it back; he had no discretion to do otherwise. He could transfer me to Executive Relations but I would have to hold between 15-30 minutes and they would tell me the same thing. He suggested I contact Amazon to address the matter. I suggested it was ridiculous that they not immediately replace a printer that had not printed even a ream of paper but Lee said there was nothing he could do. All I can say is, caveat emptor should you buy a Samsung printer. They are shoddy and manufacturer service is essentially non-existent.
