I'm a landscaping professional. First time I used it the chainsaw on an important job, the chain needed constant tensioning. Then it started coming off no matter what - this after about 10 minutes of use. After the third time of putting the chain back on, I noticed the unit was leaking oil. I couldn't get the chain re-seated because either the chain or the bar channel were damaged. I called support. After 20 minutes on hold, someone told me to send a photo of the unit w/serial # visible and a screenshot of the invoice, and that I should take it to the nearest repair center. The place was about a 2.5 hour roundtrip. I told them that was unacceptable, and that the machine was obviously defective - the oil-leaking issue wasn't something I wanted to deal with, let alone a defective product long-term. After I told the support person that, I heard her talking to someone else about an unrelated issue. I waited a minute, then suddenly the call was disconnected. Chalk this one up to experience. No more Greenworks products for me.
