I wanted to love this bag, I really did. The leather is lovely, the size was perfect and the inside had all the compartments I wanted/needed. Sadly, these bags are stored with the bottom folded up against the side. This left a crease and no matter what I did the bag kept falling over on that side. Most bags are stuffed with paper to keep the shape and it's a shame this was not done. Also, I found the top zipper hard to work when it was open and I wanted to close it. There is a "dip" and it didn't want to slide smoothly. Lastly, the inside material of the bag is dark. It made it very hard for me to find things inside the bag. It was like looking into a black hole. With some improvements from Iswee this bag has potential to be a winner...but as it is now, it's useless to me and I'm returning.
