When I first bought these a year ago, the quality was so much better. I bought it again recently as a replacement, and the plastic now is so soft and flimsy that the edges of the hair catcher doesn't stay down, over the drain. It's so lightweight that it bubbles up and lifts up so hair slides right underneath the catcher, and I end up having to fish hair out of the drain. Also, because it is now so cheaply made, it is much more difficult to lift hair out of it. You pretty much have to peel the hair off of it, sometimes a few strands at a time. If you receive a hair catcher that is of heavier plastic, congrats. You got the better quality. If you get the flimsy, soft, very bendable plastic hair catcher... sorry. You will get so frustrated that you will want to throw it away and write a 1-star review like I am doing here.
