I would Love to tell you this worked. But there is a Known Issue making sure it won't. We paid to have three of these installed by the electrician in our building planning to run the hook up hoses ourselves. After weeks if trying to install with multiple hoses to stop the leaks I broke down and called a plumber, who promptly told me these were some kind of Chinese Brass fittings coming out of the unit and were not 1/2 NPT the way the manual stated. No US plumbing fitting would work without leaks. Three calls to the Customer Service Line went unanswered when I had an idea. I hung up and called back asking for SALES, it was answered in three rings by a nice guy who knew all about the issues. This was a "production problem" and they would be happy to send me the correct fittings to install. BETWEEN THE COST OF HOSES AND PLUMBERS FEES WE COULD HAVE PURCHASED A MORE EXPENSIVE HIGHER QUALITY UNIT. Still waiting for fittings...
