I had great hopes for these headphones! They look great and connected quickly to my Windows 10 computer after they were fully charged. They sound amazing! Controls work quickly and accurately. Here's the bad part. I was listening to Spotify for about an hour and half with them. Within that time, the headphones cut out about 5 times. Sometimes one ... some times both.... and then after a second or two glitch, they'd reconnect and the music would restart. That's just unacceptable. I have a pair of Bluetooth headphones from the same brand that sound just as good and are bomb-proof ...for half the price of these. Granted, the reason why I went for these is that they don't have a connecting cord like the less expensive ones I already had. I guess I will have to stick to those with the cord since quality of music and consistent performance is more important to me than looks. I REALLY wanted to like these ...handsome design, amazingly comfortable, great controls, great sound. Yet, my music cutting out is too much for me to tolerate with a brand new pair of headphones that are minutes old. Sorry.
