First one I ordered had a very poor finish, but my main concern was that it was warped. Even though the headline advertisement indicates this is a pizza pan it is nonetheless touted by the manufacturer as a multi use pan suitable for use on the stove top. Chances are I may have not used it on my glass cook-top stove, but in the event I did it was not suitable since it was unstable and rocked. For the record, I have three other cast iron pans and they are all flat and have a far better finish. Additionally, I verified the stability, or lack thereof, on my stove top and along several areas of my granite counter top and it consistently rocked in the same manner. I sent it back and ordered another one. Second pan made the first one look like a Rembrandt. The second one was warped just as bad, had an equally poor texture, and the perimeter thickness along the top varied considerably from roughly from 4 to 8mm. I'm sending this one back as well and buying another brand with better manufacturing and quality control.
