This book is so full of misprints that it can't be trusted. In one recipe it is having me put an 8 pound ham in my air fryer and it serves 2. Another is 7 1/4 oz of cod to feed 4 and also one for 2 pork chops and serves 4. Between the bad spelling and the misprinting of measurements I would not recommend this book to anyone.
