I was excited to receive this for our beach trip. We have two small kids so I was looking forward to an easy assemble tent that just takes minutes. It was a windy first day at the beach, but who cares, right?! I have the beach ninja, that is supposed to uphold to wind. I ordered the large. The large only comes with 2 poles. It may have worked better if it had 4. The poles kept wobbling and would eventually fall over. The sand bags were full, but still were being dragged. I felt like I was trying to use a fitted sheet as a tent... it just isn’t going to work. They have a number to call if you have trouble. Well of course I had no signal. (We were at a state park at St George Island, Fl). Then, when I get home I print up the return label. I get to the post office and their system doesn’t recognize the return address. He sends it off to the “closest” matching address. So hopefully I get my refund!!! I spent $20 to ship it back!!! That was the cheapest I could get. The tracking says “the address” got it but I have no way of telling the sun ninja place got it. Checking through Amazon doesn’t show me anything. So, don’t purchase this item!!!
