The third time my mother was putting the socks on, she noticed a hole in one of them. I’m a frequent, look-time Amazon customer and have never had a problem returning anything. When I attempted to submit a replacement order, the system informed me that I could not return the socks (about a week after delivery). I understand these a wearables, however, few if any manufacturing processes are error free. With a target market that include seniors, this is appalling. Spread the word!
