STAINED MY TEETH HORRIBLY, after using several times. First, I noticed that in the small glass I mixed the fruit powder, that the glass had a dark discolored coating, (inside the clear glass). This coating is different than if I had poured some grape juice or orange cranberry juice in a glass. Gundry's powder should have a warning of some kind about teeth and composite staining. My dental hygienist worked and worked trying to remove the stains, even in between my teeth. I always had such white teeth, she was immediately shocked to see me six months after starting Gundry's powder formula. I was only using it about 3 days a week. Since discovering the teeth staining damage, I stopped using Gundry's powder, and have spent hundreds of dollars on bleaching products, but not yet restored my former brighter white teeth. Also, after stopping Gundry's vital reds, I feel the same as when I was using it. NO difference, before, during or after. Gundry's powder leaves such a discoloring residue, even on a glass, which is not as porous as our teeth or dental composite materials. I wish I had known. If it were put in a gelatin capsule, perhaps that would be an option, but maybe not absorbed properly to get an effect as compared to mixing with water. BE WARNED!
