At first this item worked fine. However, after 3 months of use, the screws pulled from the sides. The bottom collapsed and I lost my entire garden that was growing from seed. I contacted the seller, while mannered and responsive, I was told I was to use a special soil. They offered to replace the bottom pieces however this is too little too late. My garden is lost for the year. The screws rot in the wood. I see no way to resolve this design. I followed the instructions (which were limited) to the letter. Bad design. With some extra costs in construction materials and be careful as to what type of soil to use, makes this product out of range price and quality.
