I have been a long time consumer of BREVILLE juicers ... this is my 3rd or 4th ... I am sad to say that after owning this current juicer since JULY 2018 (and being away from home traveling), the time used is already taxed my juicer / juicer basket as the juicer spits juice out all along the top and drips down the collection container 😔 BREVILLE only offers a phone number (no email) and they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE nor CALL CUSTOMERS BACK when calling for warranty issues! This review hopes to WAKE THEM UP as BREVILLE needs to overhaul their WARRANTY / CUSTOMER SERVICE department by answering their phone, calling customers back and servicing their $323.20 (on this case) products that cannot last 4 months!
