Greetings, To the Sellers of this product, Bye Bye Bug Zapper: I was very disappointed that the product Bye Bye Bug Zapper did not work. I bought your product to use in my bedroom. I did not purchase it to be used outside. I followed your instructions as to where to place it and I still did not hear any zaps nor found any mosquitos in the tray, however, I continued to be bitten by mosquitos. I was also disappointed that after several attempts to reach out to the Seller of this product, I did not get a callback or a courtesy response. I had so much hope and confidence in your product when I ordered it. I was not happy with your product nor your customer service. Unhappily yours, Ms. R. Dorsey
