Paying for tacky water not a serum
The old formula was creamy and thick, the new formula is like water. I thought it was defective so I sent it back and then they gave me a replacement. The replacement is watery, I checked reviews and saw that other people noticed change in formula. It’s utterly cheap, tacky, and watered down now. I have another one in transit that I might have to return because that’s how much I was in love with this product.
