I was trying to use this as a leader hose to my reel. I wasn't dragging it around my yard, all it had to do was remain stationary between the faucet and reel without leaking. Unfortunately this hose was a total failure. It leaks and I noticed the stainless wrap started easily coming off like a 20 yr old sweater unraveling. Under the thin steel is a flimsy clear vinyl or plastic tube and the threaded connectors are cheap soft aluminum. The sleeves that are supposed to protect where the connector joins the hose are brittle looking plastic. The whole thing is complete junk.
