Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

So I ordered this for my grandmother. She plugged it in & heard a noise, but thought it was the freezer. She got up after about 25 minutes and it was the microwave!! The light didn’t work in it, so she didn’t know it was on the entire time!! It shattered the glass plate and nearly caught fire. This deserves a lawsuit, but it’s just not worth it. Don’t purchase from them... even if it was a glitchy item, their customer service sucks ass.
