I was very disappointed with the black KN95 masks sold by ApePal, mostly due to the terrible ear loops. In case anyone is wondering about how they were packaged, they arrived in (5) packs of 10 masks. The face covering part of the mask is fairly soft on the inside, and is pretty comfortable. However, the ear loops are awful and make these masks practically unbearable and unwearable. The first mask I pulled out of one of the packages had an extremely long ear loop on one side and an extremely short one on the other side. The second mask I tried had similar length loops, but one of them snapped off after wearing the mask for only 1-2 hours. The third mask I tried had ear loops that were very short and didn't seem to stretch, and they folded the tops of my ears down so badly that it was quite painful after a couple hours of wearing the mask. My ears still hurt so bad that I'm trying not to leave the house for a few days so that I don't have to wear a mask again and aggravate the pain even more, my poor ears need a chance to recover. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing any more of these masks in the future. Not even sure what I'm going to do with the remaining 47 masks... I guess I'll have to look into buying ear loop extenders so that all these masks don't go to waste.
