I feel you should not have to give a star rating especially if an item is defective. They should have a section under the stars to mark defective or damaged.The 1 star is there because I had to give one which is not fair in my opinion. It is our money in which we purchase items we shouldn't have to give a star rating if we choose not to. The suit was made cheaply the suit pants split from front to back on my son prom night we have the video of the whole incident. We had to rush to a department store to get a different pair of pants which was hard to match the color of the suit, that was a frustrating and horrible experience. I would recommend ordering at least two sizes up. Check your suit thoroughly try on and move around in the suit before going to a event. I can say thank you to Amazon wonderful customer service that was helpful and very understanding I give five stars to them.
