What an incredible disappointment! We bought this table for our 2.5 year old for some sensory play. We researched a lot of tables but decided on this one because of the umbrella and the ease of assembly. It came packaged perfectly with no damage. Assembled easily and quickly. He loved it! We put the umbrella up the first time and it broke. The end pieces that help hold it open just popped off. No way to fix them adequately. We have a sunny yard and the umbrella was the whole reason we wanted this table. Emailed with customer service three times, took them at least two days to respond each time. Their resolution instead of just sending a new umbrella was to pack the whole table back up and send it back. First, we don’t have the box. Second we are in the middle of a pandemic and we don’t want to go to FedEx. Third it is a simple fix! Just send an umbrella. I can even send the old one back if necessary, they would not despite my asking repeatedly. Do NOT buy this table, they do not care about customer service and shipped a faulty product. Too bad, the table itself is great and he loves it.
