Let’s get something straight from the very beginning: I spent way to long looking at every single darn coffee cup warmer here on Amazon to end up with this thing... 1st off How can you even consider this a coffee warmer when you cannot even get the warming plate to a high temperature when the darn thing stops warming every single time you take the cup off to take a sip? 2nd this thing takes FOREVER and I mean FOREVER to warm up to the highest temperature (5+ minutes if I put an heavy empty cup on it) now imagine if your sitting doing whatever taking sips here and there by the time your done the darn thing is not even heated to the max. 3rd this sucker is not cheap and I’m angry that with everything I read there is no mention (in my interpretation) about what I have experienced. I have continued to use this THING for several months with mounting frustrating (who needs this with everything going on with the world - I JUST WANT MY COFFEE HOT) and I am done. Haven’t decided what to do with it yet, probably keep it on my brothers desk, even though he drinks Iced Decaf. Cheers
