The tray only opens part way when you press the button, forcing you to grab the front plate to pull it open. Said face plate is not attached securely to the unit, therefore falling right off when attempting to open. after that, it will not snap back in. it just sits there unsecured. without it, you cannot press the button to open the tray. Very bad quality and design. I am not against products made in China, but they need to meet some quality control. I am sending back and will not buy this brand again. I believe a lot of the raving reviews on here must not be honest, hard to believe I got the only bad unit. I am disappointed that Amazon sells such low quality items these days. I would prefer a well known brand name on electronics. The next unit I am purchasing is a Dell.
