I'm extremely disappointed in this product. My mother purchased one of these 1-2 years ago and I was impressed by the firmness and support it provided, as well as the fact that it has held up over the time with daily use. Having developed back problems, I wanted to get something that would help make sitting at the computer more comfortable, so I bought an Everlasting Comfort cushion as well. The quality of the foam used in the one I bought, however, doesn't even come close to the firmness of my mother's cushion. It's ridiculously squishy and calling this "memory foam" is a joke. Cheaper, lower-quality materials have clearly been used in constructing this product. Where it deserved the high ratings it accrued before, it certainly doesn't now.
