Weld broke almost killed 92 year old! Great present for the old person you want dead for Christmas!
Bought this for my 92 year old grandmother for Christmas 1st use the weld on the wheel attachment screw broke. MY Grandmother only weighs 100 lbs. It could have killed her to fall on it. Very disappointed!
