This product is a piece of crap. It stopped working right after the 30 day no-return time frame passed which I didn't even know existed. I found an Instant Pot website and wrote in for help but got no response. I didn't even know there was a 30 day policy to return it because it stopped working just before the busy holiday season. I can't believe it. I just paid $119 to add to the landfill. So disappointed Amazon does not stand behind this product. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
