I give this product 2 stars simply because it's better than the plastic jugs I had been using. That being said, the reason for the low rating is because this company advertises this product as being made of 18/8 stainless steel. The problem is that 18/8 steel is austenitic and does NOT hold a magnetic charge. When I received my bottle, the first thing I did was drop a neodymium magnet in it and, lo and behold, it's clearly magnetic. I emailed the company the very same day I received it, January 9th. It's now January 19th and they have yet to reply to me. Due to the extremely misleading product description and title, as well as the companys lack of response in that regard, I am giving this product 2 stars. When I find something better to replace this, I will update to 1 star. I will also be filing a complaint with Amazon directly for this companies misleading product description. As a seller on Amazon, they should be well aware of their stringent policies with respect to accurately listing their products. If the company cares to reply to my message clarifying my concerns, then I may update again to reflect a more mild review.
