Ordered this product with high hopes of a good night's sleep. I have NEVER woken up with a hurt neck before, but did the first night I slept on this. Neck felt better during the next so tried the pillow again and woke up the next day with a stiff and hurting neck again. Returned the pillow. Done with that experiment.
